Hello everybody,
I am back in my favourite oasis staying at Bakri's www.beduintent.com. I finally finished my studies at university and thesis on Wadi Howar in Sudan (for a short version: http://www.haberlah.com/diploma/abstract.html, the whole book in German language: http://www.haberlah.com/diploma/abu_tabari.pdf).
After a nice vacation in a complete other part of this world (Thailand and Laos, look for photos http://www.davidhaberlah.de/galleries/laos/index.html) I am back at the base and wonder who is going to join Jutta and me at this New Years party? We will be in Siwa until mid-January before heading to the 4th cataract of the Nile in Sudan where I will be conducting ethnographic research until mid-April. Hope to get some more traffic in this forum.
